Show your client the work behind the wait

Capture the commission at the bench in seconds. Share the moments worth showing on a private timeline with your workshop’s name on it.
The problem
A commission takes weeks or months. Clients have paid a deposit and see nothing until delivery, so they ask. Updates end up spread across WhatsApp, email and Instagram.
What it does
You capture the work where it happens. The client gets one private page with the stages, your photos and notes, and an email when something new is published.
Why it matters
Seeing the work behind a piece changes how people value it. It also turns the wait into part of the commission, instead of a gap after the deposit.
What is different
It is made for the bench: one-tap capture, offline first, big targets for dusty hands, and the timeline carries your name and colour, never ours.

What is in it

Made for the bench

One-tap capture

Photo, video up to 60 seconds, voice note or text. Pick the stage with one tap.

Offline first

Saved on your phone straight away, uploaded when the signal comes back. You can see what is still waiting.

Private until published

Every entry starts private. Publish single entries or the whole day at once.

Stages from your template

Brief, design, timber, joinery, glue-up, finishing, handover. Rename or add your own.

Your brand

Logo, name and accent colour on the client’s page. A small “Recorded with Zurgina” in the footer.

Comments and digests

Clients can comment under an entry. They choose instant emails or a daily digest.

No location data

Photos are copied without GPS or camera metadata before your client or anyone else sees them.

A nudge when it goes quiet

If a commission has had no published update for two weeks, you get a reminder. The client never does.

Questions makers ask

Does my client need to install anything?+

No. They open a private link from an email. It works on any phone or computer, and you can revoke the link if you need to.

Will my client see everything I record?+

No. Entries are private until you publish them. Keep the test joints and the bad days to yourself.

Does it work without signal in the workshop?+

Yes. Entries are stored on your phone and upload when you are back online. The app shows what is still waiting to upload.

How does it work on an iPhone?+

You add Zurgina to your home screen and use it like an app. We are testing offline capture on iPhones before the beta opens, because iOS limits what web apps can do in the background.

Can I show a client’s home in the timeline?+

Only with their permission. The handover stage suggests a photo of the piece in its new home, and the client decides whether that is shared.
