About
Why
A commissioned table takes weeks. The client pays a deposit and then mostly waits. The maker photographs every stage, and almost none of it reaches the client in a form they can keep.
When the piece leaves the workshop, its story usually stays behind: which boards, which finish, how to look after it, who to call in ten years. The tools makers use today were built for invoices and appointments, not for that.
Zurgina keeps the story with the piece. The build log lets clients see the work while it happens. The passport carries the record after handover, under the maker’s name.
How we work
Clients see your workshop’s name, not ours. We stay in the footer, where a good tool belongs.
On passports, a material claim says whether it is your declaration, a supplier document or a certificate. On this website, we link to where our facts come from.
Anything you record can leave with you, including each passport as a page you can host yourself.
Entries are private until published. Owners are numbers and dates, never names. Photos lose their location data.
No countdowns, no fake scarcity, no numbers we cannot back. If we say something is limited, we say why.
Building in the open
We keep a public changelog and roadmap. It seemed only fair for a product built around showing the work.
Beta
We are opening the beta to small groups of furniture makers first, so each studio gets a proper start. Free while it lasts.
